QUESTIONNAIRE AND MAY 2008 NEWSLETTER

Thank you to those who completed and returned their Village Questionnaires distributed in January to all households in the Parish. Unfortunately the response was disappointing; out of 152 questionnaires distributed the Parish Council received 41 completed copies, a return of 26%. More information is contained in the May 2008 Newsletter - please see the News section for more details and a soft copy of the questionnaire. Hard copies are being delivered shortly.

ANNUAL PARISH MEETING

The Annual Parish Meeting was held on 28th May 2008 in the Village Hall at 7.30pm. Thank you to all those who attended.

TIDY VILLAGE

The presentation of the Tidy Village Award (large village category) took place on Saturday 29th September on the Village Green. The presentation was made by the Chairman of Rutland County Council Mr Chris Parsons to Mrs Harriet Tassell Chair of the Parish Council.
