FEBRUARY 2011 NEWSLETTER

The February newsletter is now available in the News section of the website.

Rutland’s Hippo sculpture trail was a huge success. Our Lyddington Hippos are now in hibernation until April 2011 when they will reappear for 3 months. They left the green on the evening of 30th September 2010. The hippos gave a lot of pleasure to many people thanks to the support of sponsors and contributors in Lyddington Village and to Brian (The Marquess of Exeter) and Holly (the Old White Hart) who sponsored the paint. Thank you also to the team of village helpers who have kindly ensured the safety of our hippos at night. More information contact: Barbara 01572 822210.
